Like it says on the front page, I’m a husband, father, and lawyer in Orlando, Florida. I’m an active member of the Florida, New Mexico and Texas Bar Associations. Began my legal career as a federal prosecutor in the Northern District and Middle Districts of Florida. Moved into private practice with a big defense firm defending allegedly defective products for Fortune 100 manufacturers on a nationwide basis. Jumped the fence to the consumer side almost 15 years ago and never looked back. Most of my law practice for the last fifteen years has involved representing consumers who have been catastrophically injured by defective tires or cars.
As the immediate past President of the Florida Justice Association and former member of the Board of Governors for the AAJ, I’ve spent a huge amount of time volunteering over the past decade as an advocate for the civil justice system.
